Sätila Studios is a small privately owned company run by three brothers – Ted, Oliver and Vincent Grebelius, originally from Gothenburg, Sweden. We have a personal take on developing properties remaining highly involved as the project progresses. Our current projects range from central London, Southern France, Downtown Los Angeles and Topanga, CA. The core of our company is to buy and reinvent buildings and to progressively improve their surroundings and the local area. We also like to mix public accessible parts in our projects and have co-opened a wine bar and restaurant, the acclaimed Sessions Arts Club, in one of our buildings as food and wine are also great passions of ours.

Our core philosophy is contrary to the corporate and mass production projects that are often being designed and carried out today. In contrast we focus on bringing forth the unique original character of the building and carefully attract and select tenants that appreciates and suits the type of project we are working on and complement each other to create a building that is more than just the sum of its parts.
