109 Farringdon Warehouse

In the Victorian building on 109 Farringdon road an extension on the old print shop was to be redesigned totally. The interior was previously divided in small dark office rooms with unpleasant finishes, pink carpets, corporate suspended ceilings and sharp unpleasant lighting.

Similarly as on 111 Farringdon road the rough industrial look combined with minimalistic contemporary features the spaces were transformed into vibrant workshops. The spaces are today occipied by the digital marketing company Episerver.

In conjunction with the refurbishment the common parts were also totally redesigned by Yorgo Lykouria at Lykouria design.
